School is almost here! Please help us prepare for a safe and healthy school year by:
Completing all required health forms
Updating any medical information
Getting all needed immunizations
Bringing school medications to Meet and Greet Night in their original pharmacy-labeled containers
Include signed provider orders and parent authorization forms for any medications given at school (attached below)
If your child has a medical condition or there have been any health changes over the summer, please contact the Health Office before the first day of school.
