As we head into break, the Health Office wants to share a few simple ways to help keep everyone healthy and ready to return to school in the new year:
Wash coats, hats, gloves, and scarves
Unpack and clean backpacks and lunch boxes
Wash hands often with soap and water
Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated
A note for parents/guardians:
If your child is feeling unwell, please keep them home. Fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or symptoms that interfere with learning are good reasons to rest at home and recover.
